The sign says room service every other day ive stayed here twice in the last 3 weeks for work and my room has not touched I was here 4 nites both times be nice hotel like it is they need to do better
I like this hotel because it's right down the street from my office. The rooms are spacious, been remodeled, and clean. They need microwaves in the rooms there's def space for one. It's in an office district so you will have to drive to get anything. About 1.5 miles. Great breakfast. I had no issues at all with them. WISH they had a hot tub!
Great Hyatt. Well run. Accommodating staff. Would definitely stay at again. The breakfast was great for a hotel breakfast. The rooms are really big with a living room. They have a mini fridge which is unfortunately less common all the time. Super clean. Dog friendly.
Good overall. Breakfast has variety but could be a lot better. Room was comfortable and pretty big. The elevator was slow and only one of two was working. The staff were friendly but a few mistakes were made with my reservations and the could have handled it better. Great location.

I stayed one night in March 2026. This hotel delivers exactly what I expect in a Hyatt Place - a large clean room, comfortable bed, and a good night's sleep. There was a noise issue outside the window of my first room, but the staff quickly moved me to another room which solved the issue. Standard HP breakfast - while nothing special it was clean and well stocked. I would definitely stay here again.
The most important thing when I stay at a hotel is cleanliness, and the Hyatt Place at Sterling is kept very clean. The shuttle van picked Us up at the airport and it was only 15 minutes away. Providing Breakfast was a nice amenity. Thank You for Your hospitality, everyone was friendly and polite.
The Hyatt was one of the very best park and stay sites we ever used. The king suite was beautiful, clean and well appointed. The king bed was comfortable with a variety of pillows for every type of sleeper. The staff were efficient and friendly. Breakfast options were numerous, nicely organized and beautifully presented. The shuttle ride to the airport was in a small bus, on time with a courteous and helpful driver. Would we stay here again...absolutely!
